When you join NORML Louisiana you also get a free one-year membership in the national NORML group. A year's membership in national NORML normally costs $25, so this is a very good deal. NORML Louisiana focuses on protecting the rights of Louisiana's medical marijuana patients, so you will also be supporting a very good cause.
